If the deal you have ordered is delivered 72 hours after your payment is authorized and we have received the completed order delivery form, we will offer RM 20 cash rebate on your next purchase for item priced above RM 50 or RM 10 cash rebate for item priced below RM 50, excluding delivery charges.
When does the 72 Hour period start from?
The 72 hour period starts from the moment when you have made your purchase online, and filled in the delivery form for processing on the day of order and finishes 72 hours the following day from Monday to Friday. The 72 hours period does not apply from Friday 12 noon - Monday 7am. Excluding Eve & Public Holiday. (This excludes making a payment and filling in the delivery form days later. Please fill in online delivery form directly after purchase for best satisfaction and speedy delivery)
How do I claim my cash rebates on my next purchase?
If your goods arrived 72 hours later, you must contact us via email, ask@myimart.com within 24 hours to claim your cash rebates voucher. We will then reply officially to you with a cash rebates voucher. In the event of any dispute, confirmation of timing of delivery by our appointed delivery company shall be final.
What deals are not allowed to be used with the cash rebates for next purchase?
You can use your cash rebates voucher to get RM 20 cash rebate for any item priced above RM 50 or RM 10 cash rebate for any item priced below RM 50 (one purchase only) except Travel Deals. Only valid with your immediate 2nd purchase. You must utilize this cash rebates voucher within 1 month’s time from the date of your first purchase otherwise it will be forfeited.
What happens if I’m not in?
If the driver attempts to deliver your order and you are not there to collect, the offer becomes invalid. The driver's word is FINAL. The exact time of delivery will be recorded by the delivery company.
Who can sign for my goods?
For the purpose of this offer only the person that ordered the goods can sign for the parcel..
What happens if the address is wrong or incomplete?
When you order your deal you must ensure that you give us the full and correct address upon filling our online redemption form at the Fine Print portion of the deal detail page. Any errors or missing information can delay the delivery of your goods. In this case the offer would become invalid.

What happens if there are adverse weather conditions?
If there are adverse weather conditions and your goods cannot be delivered, the offer becomes invalid. The driver will make every endeavour to deliver to your goods within 72 hours, but if your area is impassable this cannot always happen and the offer becomes invalid
What happens of the Courier cannot deliver to us?
If there is a problem with access to your address then the guarantee becomes void. If the courier cannot access your street or front door for any reason we cannot be held responsible for this and the offer becomes invalid.
Does the offer include public holidays?
The courier companies do not work on public holidays. Therefore the offer must exclude public holidays.
Are there any delivery exclusions?
Only valid addresses with postcodes within East and West Malaysia are included in the offer. Exclude delivery to Post Box.
